Růžový sad Lidice

The Rose Garden in Lídice is one of the largest rose collections in the Czech Republic – 24,000 bushes comprising 240 varieties from around the world surround newlyweds during full bloom from mid-June to late September. The Memorial at Lidice provides a ceremony under open skies including sound equipment, an arbour with tables and benches for guests, and a ceremonial bouquet on the table. Part of the tradition is planting their own rose bush by the couple and receiving the commemorative Certificate of the Memorial at Lídice. A wedding reception can follow in the Lidická galerie restaurant located directly within the memorial grounds.
