Villa Fabiani

A historic 17th-century wine estate in the quiet karst countryside near Štanjel, with 14 fully restored rooms, a pool and an extensive garden containing a natural pool dating from 1865. The estate's organic vineyards, spread over 4.5 hectares, produce the rare Pikolit wine, whose fame historically reached as far as Vienna, and the view from the blooming garden over the karst landscape is striking.
