The Castle Cellars are located in the authentic space of historic brewery cellars beneath the chateau in Nové Město nad Metují. The underground bar and restaurant, set within stone vaults, accommodate up to 100 guests; during the summer season, a spacious terrace for an additional 60 people is also available.
